Villa Little Peak is, probably, one of the highest houses in Finland — located on a top of a rock 490-meter above sea level. The villa is all about fantastic n 270 degrees Nordic views of horizon and nature. Little Peak was designed as a winter vacation home for a large family and is set just above fantastic Ruka downhill ski slopes. The Villa was originally build in 2011 and was completely refit in 2023 for even more luxury retreat in the snow.

Villa Little Peak is carefully designed for a luxury stay of a huge family or group of friends, offering four comfortable suites, master bedroom and extra master studio with its own entrance and terrace. Little Peak offers mind-blowing views from every point of its spacious social area as well as from the «princess balcony» — the highest balcony in whole Finland and from the terrace at a lower level of the Villa. Snow views from the hot sauna and outside Jacuzzi are truly exceptional.
